The concept collection opens on Aurevia’s externally hosted Design Studio. Free exploration provides general ideas, not an automatically validated design for your plot. Personalised concept design and professional detailed design follow a written scope and quotation. Delivery dates are agreed after reviewing your site and requirements.

Personalised Villa Concept — ₹20 / sq ft
Minimum ₹25,000. Plot-specific preliminary floor plans, furniture layouts, one illustrative exterior, area statement and two consolidated revision rounds.
Detailed Villa Design — ₹45 / sq ft
Minimum ₹75,000. Concept package plus architectural working drawings, sections, elevations, schedules, structural engineering and electrical/plumbing layouts by appointed professionals.
Design & Project Report — ₹65 / sq ft
Minimum ₹1,25,000. Detailed design plus quantified BOQ, indicative cost estimate, outline specifications and proposed construction milestones.
Billing basis: the higher of the package minimum or rate multiplied by agreed total built-up area across all floors, not plot area. Applicable taxes additional. Final scope, professional team, fee and timeline confirmed in writing before appointment.
Milestone payments
Detailed packages: 10% appointment; 25% concept approval; 25% design development; 25% detailed design; 15% final handover. Concept-only: 30% appointment, 40% first presentation, 30% final delivery.
Concept fees paid are credited toward an agreed upgrade for the same project. Credit and remaining milestones are confirmed in the proposal.
Survey, soil testing, statutory fees, approval liaison, interiors, specialist pool/lift design, site supervision and construction are separately quoted. Revision allowances, delivery, cancellation and refund terms are agreed before appointment. No payment or recurring subscription is collected here.
