Refund and Cancellation Policy

All purchases of downloadable digital products from Aurevia Luxury Villas are final once the download has been delivered or accessed. Cancellations or refunds are not normally available for a change of mind.

A refund may be considered only if:

• the customer is charged more than once for the same purchase;
• the purchased file cannot be downloaded or opened and we are unable to provide a working replacement; or
• the digital product is materially different from its description on the sales page.

Any refund request must be submitted within three days of the transaction through our Contact page. Please include the purchaser’s name, order or payment reference, purchase date, and a clear description of the problem. Supporting screenshots may be requested.

Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the payment provider or bank.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to consumers under applicable Indian law.
